About Artem
I am an artist currently living and working in Boston, but my origins take place in a small Russian exclave of Kaliningrad. I immigrated to the United States in 2009, where I first gained exposure to a plethora of art institutions that have played a huge part in my artistic development and served as my influences since.
I have always been fascinated by changes and fluctuations in global popular culture, and it is this interest in popular culture and its effects on society as a whole that informs the dialogue I attempt to create in my artworks.
